UAV Competition 2025

The 2nd International Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Design Competition will be held during 16 – 18 June 2025 in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

VSB – Technical University of Ostrava organizes the 2nd International Competition in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Design in cooperation with Ton Duc Thang University and Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The aim of this prestigious international event is to support scientific research activities of students in the field of electrical engineering, information technology, artificial intelligence and other technical fields. The competition brings together talented students from different countries and promotes knowledge exchange and innovative thinking.

Teams have a unique opportunity to turn their theoretical knowledge into practical solutions, from design and construction of models to programming, image analysis and implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms. Students will gain practical experience and teamwork skills and have the opportunity to meet leading experts.

The competition helps students to network with the international professional community. It opens doors for the development of start-ups, research collaboration and the creation of joint groups not only in the field of drone technology.
